INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

CAT. NO. CBX/TBX

1) Install bar hangers on LiteBox

housing as follows:

For 12” O.C. applications insert bar hangers into end

slots.

For 16” & 24” O.C. applications insert bar hangers into

side slots.

2) Place LiteBox

housing between desired joists, line up

self leveling tabs with bottom of joists and hammer

integral nailing tabs into joists.

3) Remove the J-Box cover plate and assemble connector to

fixture thru appropriate knockout. Make electrical splices,

(green ground wire to green ground wire on housing, white

to white, and black to black). Push splices back into J-Box

and replace cover plate.

4) Typical socket installation; squeeze sides of socket holder

together and place tabs into mounting hole on reflector or

trim yoke, as shown at right.

5) To install the trim, squeeze the torsion spring legs

together and place into spring brackets on the housing.

Push the trim up and allow the springs to pull the trim up

against the ceiling.

the like to come into contact with the product or to block light from the product, as this may cause an unsafe condition.

reproductive harm. Thoroughly wash hands after installing, handling, cleaning, or otherwise touching this product.
